MID-CID-FMI Diagnostic Code

Have checked a display monitor Caterpillar 320D.
Serial prefix MDE
An Error Logged was present on its Diagnostic menu.
MID - 39 
CID - 168
FMI - 5

Decoded as follows;
- Machine Control Module
- Electrical System Voltage
- Current below normal

*** Diagnosed that there was an event when the Machine ECM encountered a low voltage status possibly caused by faulty wiring, harness or connector. A wiring harness inspection must be done to eliminate such event.
