How did your organization determine the compensation approach and levels for the Maintenance Planning and Scheduling function?

In order to increase the level of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, our company invested on a diagnostic tool that indeed helped us determine the best maintenance approach we can provide to the machine. Most machine we are using in the project are Caterpillar units, ranging from Hydraulic Excavators, Track type tractors, Wheel loaders, Road Graders and Articulated trucks. They may be used in a different way but they all have in common. With the latest Caterpillar technology, they installed the ECM (Electronic Control Module) a sort of computer installed to a machine that controls and monitors its own health. And to communicate with such machines, we used CAT ET connected through a service connector provided and with that, we can diagnose the machine a little bit further than the conventional procedure.
